New Business

Resolution
The board solicited the members of the WSC on numerous occasions in public meetings and/or public notice between January 30 and June 11, 2025, for candidates to run for a board director position. In that time three (3) candidates for the four available positions were identified, David Walker, John Greer and Louis Liebs, creating no contested positions for the board. As a result the three candidates can be seated by a resolution of the board, as per the guidance of the TRWA.
