One of the things we have to remember when we live out in the country is that we are sharing the land with all kinds of critters that mother nature provides. The photo below is of a rattler that Carl Evans found on his property a few weeks ago. The small animal the very live snake is trying to ingest is a rock squirrel. Please watch your step.
